ABOUT
I built my career from the ground up in creative production, starting as a Creative Services Coordinator at Universal Pictures Home Entertainment and learning every part of how creative work moves from an idea to the audience. As I progressed into Creative Services Manager and later Creative Content Consultant, my role evolved from supporting production to owning multimillion-dollar portfolios, managing global campaigns across 40+ territories, and developing new social-first approaches that dramatically increased creative output and drove record-breaking results. That foundation gave me something I still consider essential to how I lead today: an understanding of both the creative work itself and the operational systems required to make great work happen at scale.

THE STORY CONTINUES
From there, my focus expanded from managing campaigns to building the infrastructure behind them. I helped build Peacock’s creative production operation from the ground up, scaling it to approximately 13,000 assets over three years, before moving into global creative operations leadership at Digital Media Management. There, I brought together U.S. and international teams across four regions, built a follow-the-sun production model that doubled creative capacity, managed multimillion-dollar client portfolios, and helped drive significant cost savings and new business growth. The common thread throughout my career has been simple: understand the creative, understand the people making it, and build better systems around them so teams can do their best work at greater scale.
