THE CHALLENGE
A NEW STREAMING BRAND NEEDED TO BECOME A DAILY CONTENT BRAND.
Peacock’s launch created a different kind of production challenge. The brand needed more than traditional campaign creative—it needed a continuous stream of social-first content capable of supporting programming launches, talent, cultural moments, audience engagement, and an expanding entertainment library. As the platform and its social audience grew, the production model had to grow with it while maintaining speed, consistency, and creative quality.
MY ROLE
I helped build and scale the creative production operation supporting Peacock’s social presence from its national launch through three years of rapid growth. My role connected strategy, creative, production, and client stakeholders—translating an expanding content strategy into the resources, workflows, schedules, and production systems required to execute it.
As demand increased, I managed multidisciplinary creative teams across video, static, motion, and social-first production while overseeing project planning, resource allocation, creative reviews, approvals, and delivery. The challenge was not simply producing more content; it was creating an operating model capable of making increased output sustainable.
SCOPE OF PRODUCTION
THE SOLUTION
BUILD THE ENGINE WHILE RUNNING IT.
The production operation evolved alongside the brand itself. Rather than treating every request as an isolated campaign, we developed repeatable systems for turning programming priorities, cultural moments, campaign needs, and audience opportunities into a continuous creative pipeline. Standardized workflows, clearer briefs, resource planning, production schedules, and review processes allowed the team to increase output while maintaining visibility and creative consistency.

THE OPERATING SYSTEM
HIGH-VOLUME CREATIVE NEEDED A REPEATABLE SYSTEM.
01 / RESOURCE PLANNING — Match creative demand with the right mix of production resources and capabilities.
02 / STANDARDIZED WORKFLOWS — Create repeatable paths from brief through production, review, approval, and delivery.
03 / CONTENT PRIORITIZATION — Balance planned campaigns with programming needs, cultural moments, and fast-turn opportunities.
04 / CENTRALIZED TRACKING — Maintain visibility into creative status, resources, feedback, deliverables, and deadlines.
05 / QUALITY CONTROL — Increase output while protecting creative consistency, brand standards, and delivery quality.
THE IMPACT
FROM LAUNCH CAMPAIGN TO ALWAYS-ON CREATIVE ENGINE.
Over three years, the operation scaled to approximately 13,000 creative assets while supporting Peacock’s growth from national launch to more than 2 million social followers across major platforms. By building repeatable production systems around an increasingly ambitious content strategy, we increased creative output approximately 10× and created an operation capable of supporting both major campaigns and the daily demands of an always-on entertainment brand.
THE OUTPUT
Thousands of social-first creative assets across video, static, motion, GIFs, memes, clips, and campaign content.
WHAT I TOOK FROM IT
Peacock reinforced a lesson that has shaped how I approach creative operations ever since: high-volume production works when strategy, people, process, and creative execution operate as one system. The goal isn’t simply to make more—it’s to create the infrastructure that allows teams to move quickly without sacrificing the work.
